Since 1996 iHerb sells nutritional supplements and other healthy products both domestically and internationally. A rapidly-expanding business, iHerb carries one of the largest selections of high-quality nutritional products in the world.

Now, iHerb is one of the biggest online stores for quality Vitamins, Supplements and Natural Health Products with over 1,200 brands and 35,000 brand name products that you may also find at health food stores and natural pharmacies -- with one important difference: iHerb prices are typically 30 - 40% less.

It has honest customer product reviews, assurance of freshness with expiration dates which can be accessed on the product page, it has 24 hour/7 day customer service, you have full access to an incredible amount of unbiased, science-based information about alternative and traditional healing, nutrition, lifestyle, longevity and more.

It's a ''greener'' way to shop because it uses 100% post-consumer recycled paper for 90% of all shipping boxes. The bubble wrap is 40% recyclable, and they recycle virtually all packing materials received from manufacturers.

Last but not least, is one of the most secure e-shops in the world. When you place an order, iHerb secures the transaction with an enhanced 256-bit encryption process. Furthermore, iHerb employs tokenization, a security measure recently implemented by Apple Pay. With tokenization, credit card numbers are converted into tokens and used as a proxy during the payment process. If the tokens are stolen, the codes become useless, as they don't contain your credit card number.

Use the code HJR405 with your first order as a new customer and save $10 on purchase of $40 or more or $5 if the order is less than $40.00.

By using this code you don't only save money from your first order but also you helping me to keep updating my blog and keep up with my training and dieting goals. Thank you!

The journey until now and beyond.

It's been really really long time since my last post, near three and half years. Long time indeed but this doesn’t mean that I ceased my training hobbies. The contrary, I continued, done many mistakes in the process, learned some things, reached tops and bottoms and yet, I am still hungry, I am still in love with the weightlifting/bodybuilding and the exciting journey for the vanity of perfection and the endless knowledge that this sport offers.

I will try to make time and to write down informations about training routines, diet approaches, supplement reviews and combinations, bro-talk & science, occasionally some news about the fitness world and a bit of my life & body progress.

The journey continues......

now........

and beyond.......
